After sharing about sunsets, we saw this color from the Winfield Lock and Dam #25 on the Mississippi River.  The bald eagles had left their isolated perch on the drifting ice in the center of the river and had made their way skyward to their overnight perches.

Diversity
It is amazing how we process concepts such as diversity and variety.  I was thoroughly impressed when a few of you knew Hatim’s greeting and could voice it fluidly.  It confirmed those beliefs in diversity, experience and a desire to serve students over content. Great job this week working though the stress of limited substitutes, PD days and student concerns on a near daily level.  It is an honor to work alongside each of you.

Most Sincerely,

Tom McCracken
